If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.refund within 7-10 working days from when we receive the item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and send us the tracking code.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Send all items back to us using the tracking code provided.

Wrong & Damaged items:

We always check the items carefully before we ship them. However items can get lost or damaged during shipping. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please send us an email including a clear picture of the damaged, defective or wrong item, and include your order number and name. We will reply as soon as possible to evaluate the issue and make it right. We are always responsible for any further shipping costs caused by damaged, defective or wrong item(s). 

Additional Information:

  • We will initate the refund, send the replacement products or give store credit as soon as we receive the returned prodcuts.
  • The customers are responsible for the returned shipping cost unless it’s damaged, defective or wrong items.
